两支蜡烛等高，不等宽。一支需四小时燃尽，另一支需7小时。同时点燃两支蜡烛，假设他们的燃烧速度一样，问需要多长时间一支蜡烛的长度正好是另一支的一半。

I guess by 假设他们的燃烧速度一样, it is supposed to mean that the candles burn evenly -- each candle burns at its own constant speed.
