Below are the pin yin spelling and translation into English of two riddles.

1) Chuan te chu pan pien shu lin, chueh chuan pu chu yi tien kuai le. ---- 7笔字

Encloses half a woods, but cannot enclose a little bit of happiness.

Your translation is almost "all" right.

"Chuan chu" does not mean " 穿出". It means to encircle or enclose.

For example, you can build a fence around a yard to enclose it.

"Chuan chu" means "pa tung hsi wei chi lai".

"Chuan" shih yuan chuan teh "chuan".

"Chu" shih chu tsai chia li teh "chu".
