我题目都看不懂，看来这$100对我来说，没戏了

Let $\psi^2$ be a non-central chi-square distribution with parameters (N, p). Let $\delta = \sqrt{(T*\psi^2-N)/(T\psi^2)}.$ Calculate the mean and variance of $\delta.$ (Notice that $T*\psi^2 -N$ can take negative values. non-central chi-square distribution ：非中心卡（一声）方分布

parameters 参数

mean 均值

variance 方差

以前上学的时候，学概率论和数理统计，老师还专门介绍：这个chi-square分布，如果纯音译，应该是“开方分布”，但是容易和“开方”混淆，所以汉语统一翻译成卡（一声）方分布。

非中心卡方分布很少见，也不知道干什么用的。但是，只要知道任何一个分布的表达式，概率密度，分布函数，那么均值，方差等等参数，应该一下就能求出来。

原题那个表达式实在是让人眼花缭乱，没耐心了。100美元见鬼去吧

比如均值，中位数，标准差等。

更准确地，比如子样的均值，中位数，标准差等。一般地，子样的一个（给定形式的可测）函数就叫做一个统计量。它还是一个随机变量。母体的均值和标准差不叫统计量。
