I guess that your "answer" is 10. However, I would like to say that any positive integer (even any real number) may be a reasonable answer based on a corresponding "rule". Of cause, the "rule" may have any form. I hope that less such kind of "IQ" (so-called) problems appear here. It is very easy to construct such kind of problems. If you want, you can construct thousands per day.
