if it is, then would need 10 times of 8.48m/s, which is 84.8m/s. That's quite a powerful water jet.

I guess one way to do this is to bend the tube into a tight spiral, ie it becomes the wall of a larger tube. I don't know if there is an easy way to make it waterproof.
